i absolutely hate our mail service! Valerie at the counter is rude as hell, not to mention our mail getting skipped because these numb skulls don"t feel like delivering our mail. Geez, I wonder if they are going to pay for our late bills!!!!! Already called postmaster general, and obviously nothing was done, so now, I go to the next level!!!!! These people need to be fired, and start with people that actually need a job, not those who hate their job, and make the customer pay for it! Its our tax dollars who pay for these dead beats, right? Get some real working people in there who respect what work is and appreciates it.
Every time we come it's a mixed experience. I'm not sure why but it seems as though almost all post offices have employees with such snarky attitudes! If you need a pen, they side eye you with a boat load of irritation. Now I do understand that maybe people take pens without returning them, but sheesh! No customer should pay for the sins of other bad customers!
Went to ship out an item and because it needed to be shipped international I needed some help because I had never done so before. Once I received the first quote on how much it would be, I asked for a more cost effective way of doing so. The post office employee then became arrogant in answering my questions. While still remaining calm, I was told to get away from the counter and look into using one of the envelopes that stood behind to ship first class. Like priority boxes, I thought these items were free so I stepped outside to seal my item because the post office was full at this time. I've never used post office supplies when shipping items, I've always had items boxed before getting there so I was completely unaware. When I stepped outside the employee chased me outside and told me to come back inside to pay for the item practically accusing me of stealing. As previously mentioned, I thought the envelopes were free just like the boxes. Why would I steal an envelope that cost only $1.49?! This all done while I'm in uniform for my job as well, so that would DEFINITELY be stupid. After being chased outside the employee began being even more ignorant after I told him it was an honest mistake saying "you wouldn't walk out of a store without paying for an item would you". Then even one of the customers began attacking me with him asking why was I stealing the item WHEN I CLEARLY WASN'T!! I work in customer service and never would I treat one of my customers this way. Complete ignorance during the whole time trying to ship this item. If I could give them zero stars I would do so!
These clowns can't even deliver my mail/packages to the correct address. And god forbid I should want to mail something out they won't even take out going mail from my box if they have nothing to deliver to me.
